“Got struck with what I presumed was the dreaded EV6 ICCU issue. Within 10 minutes of giving them a call, Stuarts had checked the details of the car and confirmed this to be likely the issue, advised on the number to call for arranging a tow into their garage and the details to provide them about the problem, and gone through all the information about what happens in the meantime regarding a courtesy car. Never thought a car breakdown would end up as such a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme but Stuarts (and KIA and Enterprise Car!) were so helpful, friendly and communicative during the entire process. Car was sorted in just over a week and a half and we were provided with a courtesy car within 2 hours of the tow for the full period. Always a pleasant experience dealing with Stuarts, fantastic team working there. Highly recommend.”
