“A very positive experience from start to finish. We bought a new Kia Sorento and are absolutely delighted with it. Fred Pope looked after us, he was excellent to deal with, nothing was too much trouble from the first test drive to the day we collected the car, a complete gentleman. The staff within the showroom were all very nice and welcoming. When we collected the car Fred spent quite a while with us, taking us through the main car features, answering any questions and setting up the info system, phone etc, so we could get safely on our way. “3 weeks ago I broke down on the outskirts of Glasgow, JLR dealers wouldn’t take me in as they were just too busy, I was lost , hungry and cold, standing on the side of the M8 wondering what I should do, then all of a sudden it came to me 💡 ring Stuarts ! Justin picked up thankfully, I told him the position I was in, don’t be worrying he said , find a hotel , take a beer and relax, we’re gonna get you home and that’s exactly what they did do , today I got to pick up my DEFENDER ,it was the fan belt that was the issue, all fixed and gleaming today on the forecourt , it was actually so well valeted I was sure Brendan had put her on the market again, no way , I love that DEFENDER and I love Stuarts , they really really went above and beyond getting me and my car home”
